Email Template Best Practices

If you’re using the Sendinblue Responsive Email Designer to create your next campaign, keep these tips in mind to make your campaign shine!

  • Logo – Whether you place your logo in our standard logo block or find another creative way to incorporate it into your design, ensure it stays front and center for quick brand recognition.
  • Customize, Customize, Customize –  Don’t be afraid to modify design blocks to suit your needs! Use the options menu to change image sizes, background colors, remove elements from a block (such as the title, text or button), change button shapes and sizes, etc. to make them your own.
  • Importing Images – Want to reuse an image from another Sendinblue campaign? No need to import the same image multiple times — simply select the option to view older images within the Image Gallery.
  • Call-to-Action – Use action-focused phrases to encourage readers to… action! Great examples include: Learn More, Read More, Show Me, and Shop Now. If you have social media channels, don’t forget to add in the Social Media block and customize it with your channels.
  • Footer – The footer will automatically populate with your brand’s default information (name, address, etc.), but you can customize this for each campaign by simply clicking into the text block and typing your desired details.
